This is a style of clock that was made for the Netherlands by a company in Germany. This style is sometimes known as a Friesa style, a Saarlander clock. The clock was was made in Germany in the 1970's for the Netherlands.
The face has embossed corner spandrels and also has a moving moon dial that moves one notch on the moon dial for each day the clock runs.
