This bracket clock was made by the Seth Thomas Clock company. It has a westminster chime movement and has a floating balance escapement.
Closer view of the clock dial. Switch to the right of the numeral 3 can shut off the chime. You would wind each of the 3 winding holes on a weekly basis.si
