1930 This figural clock was made by the Seth Thomas clock Co. It was commissioned by the people of New York in 1920 for the exceptional help this person was to the people of New York. This is a well known statue that has been converted to hold a clock by the Seth Thomas Clock Co.
The works are a high grade time and strike movement. Notice the head of Medusa that Perseius has on his waist belt .
